Return & Withdrawal Policy
At Lundgren Pickups, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. We have very few returns — pickups we made 20 years ago are still rockin' the world — and 100% customer satisfaction is our mission. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following policy applies.
In short: You have a statutory EU right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days — the easiest way is to use our Withdraw Order link. On top of that, we voluntarily accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery. Shipping internationally? Mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges.
1. Your EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
- How to withdraw: Use our Withdraw Order link to submit a withdrawal request directly — no login or account needed. You will receive an automatic confirmation by e-mail. You can also notify us by e-mailing johan@lundgren.se with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, or by using the EU model withdrawal form.
- Returning the goods: Send the product back to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notified us of your withdrawal. You pay the direct cost of the return shipping.
- Your refund: We will refund the full purchase price, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof of having sent them. The refund is made to the original payment method.
- Handling the product: You may unpack and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product's value has been diminished because it was handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, we may make a corresponding deduction from your refund.
- Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized products (for example, pickups built to your individual specifications).
2. Our Voluntary 30-Day Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns for up to 30 days after delivery:
- The product must be unused, in new condition, and in its original packaging. Used or damaged products are not eligible under this voluntary policy.
- Please contact us at johan@lundgren.se before returning any items, and include your order number, contact information and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
- This voluntary policy never limits your statutory rights — during the first 14 days, the EU rules in section 1 always apply.
We recommend inspecting your delivery as soon as it arrives to verify that it is correct and free from defects.
3. Return Shipping
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect or a mistake on our part.
- Make sure to include your contact information with the return.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt and package ID from the carrier — and if possible, please send us the tracking number. This makes it much easier to follow the shipment if anything goes wrong.
4. International Returns & Customs
- If you are returning an item from outside Sweden, please clearly mark the package "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges.
- Lundgren Pickups is not responsible for any customs charges on returned items. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
- Statutory withdrawals (section 1) are refunded within 14 days as described above. For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, we process your refund once the return has been received and inspected, usually within 10 days.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the refund to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.
- Under the voluntary 30-day policy, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Lundgren Pickups. (Statutory withdrawals always include the standard shipping cost, as described in section 1.)
6. Exchanges
- Want a different product? No problem — return the product you received and e-mail us which product you want in exchange.
7. Transport Damage & Defective Items
- If your package is lost, or you notice upon delivery that the item has been damaged in transport or is defective, please report this to us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference, at no cost to you.
- Nothing in this policy limits your statutory warranty rights under applicable consumer law.
8. Unclaimed Packages
- For packages that are not collected from your pickup point or post office within 14 days, Lundgren Pickups reserves the right to charge a handling fee to cover return shipping and the carrier's administrative costs. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
