P-90

Bought a somewhat unusual Gibson SG, a 50s tribute with p90s.. Thought the stock pickups were a bit unbalanced, i e much more punch from the neck pickup. Also didn't particularly like the sound of the bridge pickup. Mailed Johan at Lundgren and he recommended p90 Alni3 at the neck and a Vintage p90 at the bridge. I'm very pleased with them! Much better balance! I really like the sound of the two combined. Sounds like a humbucker but with an edge, a bit Fender-like but "more". Also the Vintage p90 at the bridge has more depth and wider sound than the stock one. Johan and the team at Lundgren always go the "extra-mile" to try and help you out. So a big thanks to Lundgren!

I put these in my Epiphone Wilshire and they play absolutely beautifully. The neck is warm, but not muddy. The bridge has a present and somewhat polite bite. They blend very well together in the humbucking middle position. An inspiring upgrade

These pup's really brought an already good LP special to a whole other level, the clarity on clean/dirty neck is amazing, bridge really cuts and rock in the mix, these are good stuff!! thanks
